Here’s a Little Taste of the New Elf Power Album

We reported back in May that Elf Power’s upcoming album, Sunlight on the Moon (see the floweriffic album art above), would harken back to the group’s more shambolic psych-folk days of yore, and judging by the just-released title track, that looks to be true.

Here’s the link to stream “Sunlight on the Moon,” a vibrant and rollicking tune that indeed bodes well for the record, out Oct. 1 via Orange Twin.

Elf Power will open for Neutral Milk Hotel on several tour dates this fall, including one of the three 40 Watt shows in October. Tickets for those shows are still available. Ha ha, just kidding.
