So, Skogie’s on Baxter is apparently less than thrilled with my referring to their po’boy as “not stellar.” They’re running a special called the “Hillary challenge” that encourages people to try it and vote on whether they think it is stellar. If you take the challenge, you get half off the price of the sandwich. I’ll stand by my assessment, but I appreciate the response and the creative marketing.
