“Color & Comp” returns to the basics with pieces that explore form, hue, shade and pigment. Jason Matherly creates color block paintings on irregularly shaped custom canvases, and Jamie Keiter assembles wall-bound ceramic sculptures using glazed porcelain stoneware tiles. James Wilson offers paper collages heavy with geometric shapes, while Mike Landers creates extraordinary color gradients through layers of Legos. InKyoung Chun utilizes plexiglass as a building material for her small domestic scenes, while Shawn Campbell draws attention to his chosen subjects, football players, by placing them on fields of solid gold. “Color & Comp” will remain on view through Feb. 2.
