Support Group, The Missioncreep, Nerve Clinic

Local noiseniks rejoice: Three musicians with deep roots in Athens’ experimental underground will convene at Flicker on the 28th for an evening of textured electronics, seedy dance tracks and free guitar squall. Two of the performers are known for their work with ’80s industrial outfit Damage Report: Ben Ferguson, based in New York and appearing here as The Missioncreep, and Dubai resident Monty Greene, who will DJ a set of his hard-edged dance music as Nerve Clinic. Mr. Omicron, aka scene mainstay Steve Fitzpatrick (Unus Mundus), will play as Support Group, which blends dark ambience with industrial rhythms and distorted guitar drones.
