Before we get into this past week, let’s flash back to Freak Fest at JOKERJOKER Gallery on Sept. 11 for a set by Mission Creep.
On Thursday, Sept. 15, Happy Top Lodge & Rest hosted a birthday party for T.S. Woodward featuring Cicada Rhythm, Nicholas Mallis, Sister Sai (Atlanta), John and Kiran Fernandes.
On Saturday, Sept. 17, we started out at Southern Brewing Co. for the second day of the September Days Festival with Drew Beskin & The Sunshine, The Echolocations, Cannon & The Boxes, Five Eight, Wim Tapley & The Cannons, Lighthearted, Heffner and Girlpuppy (Atlanta).
Later that night, Mercyland celebrated the release of its long-lost album at the 40 Watt Club. Elf Power opened.
Next door at Flicker Theatre & Bar, Shadebeast presented Irist (Atlanta), Husk and Big Oaf (Atlanta).
