As we reported last month, Georgia Theatre owner has been busy prepping a new downtown venue, Green Room, in the storefront that once housed college bar El Centro.
Tonight, the venue will have a “soft opening” starting at 8 p.m. Florida-based folk band Roadkill Ghost Choir will play, as will DJ Z-Dogg. The show is being billed as an afterparty for the sold-out Sufjan Stevens show down the street at GATH, so, y’know, double the fun—for ticketholders, at least.
