International Street Festival

Presented by the International Student Life group at UGA, the International Street Festival hosts its 20th annual event Saturday afternoon. Featuring lots of art, music and other entertainment, as well as dozens of booths set up by various campus and area organizations, the ISF is designed to promote cross-cultural awareness and appreciation, and to share international student groups’ work and messaging with the wider Athens community. The free, family-friendly event—which draws crowds numbering in the thousands, according to organizers—always provides a great chance to sample tasty food, watch compelling performances and get outside of your cultural comfort zone.
