Tedo Stone Album Release Show

The last we heard from Atlanta-based roots-rocker Tedo Stone, he was glamming it up with his T. Rex-inspired 2015 album, Marshes. On Friday, Stone returns with another full-length, the sparkling and self-assured Summer Sun, out courtesy of Athens label Laser Brains. The record finds Stone and company easing up on the throttle somewhat, with a handful of soulful slow jams accompanying the songwriter’s typically riff-heavy rave-ups. Stone and his all-star band share the Rooftop stage Friday evening with local indie-rock trio Palace Doctor and Athens/Atlanta band of (literal) brothers Greco.
