Canopy’s annual spring show, “Lightness of Being,” is an interpretive tribute to the uplifting activities, songs and general play that bring about feelings of happiness and elation. The nonprofit’s Repertory Company, which is comprised of advanced aerialists, will perform using dance, acrobatics and a variety of apparatuses, including trapezes, slings, fabrics, lyra, aerial chairs, ropes and poles. Performances will be held on Friday at 8 p.m., Saturday at 4 and 8 p.m., and Sunday at 2 and 6 p.m. Tickets are $6 for kids, $10 for students and $15 for adults, and can be purchased at the door 30 minutes ahead of showtime or online by visiting canopystudio.org.
