Kindercore Vinyl and Athensmade are hosting the Kindercore Block Party Sunday from noon–5 p.m. at the Kindercore headquarters, located at 147 Fritz Mar Lane, just off Newton Bridge Road near Terrapin. Staff will offer guided tours of the company’s brand-spankin’ new vinyl pressing plant at 12:30, 2 and 3:30 p.m. In addition, attendees can enjoy a holiday market, various sustenance vendors (food, beer and ice cream), and Santa Claus his own self, who will be on site for the occasion. DJ Kindercore will spin music throughout the afternoon, and everything is scheduled to happen outside except for the plant tours, obviously, and Santa’s appearance.
