Songs for Sustainability

The Georgia Climate Change Coalition, an Athens-based nonprofit, aims to educate Georgians about the various issues surrounding climate change and advocate for sustainable solutions on both a local and a global scale. The organization hosts a mini-music-festival Saturday evening at Live Wire, where you can catch local groups Tallulah George, Banded and the White Rabbit Collective—an eclectic, improv-based psychedelic rock ensemble whose shape-shifting live show is never a duplicate experience. DJ Tanuki will also perform, and GCCC board members will be on hand to share information about the group’s latest campaign, Our Forests Aren’t Fuel.
