Six Things to Do This Weekend


1. Football. Football, football, football. And more football. UGA vs. South Carolina kicks off from Sanford Stadium at 4:30 p.m. Saturday on ESPN. (Also, read UGA wide receiver Chris Conley’s Athens Diet column.)

2. The Rivalry Music Festival, featuring Wiz Khalifa, Savoy, Reptar and many more, takes over the Spring Valley Eco Farm all Friday long.

3. Check out the vidyuh-game art at Flashback Games’ “Artcade Show 2.0.

4. While you’re in the area, swing by Flicker and check out the newly installed Flick Skinny museum. The opening’s at 8 p.m. Friday, and Guided By Guided By Voices plays afterwards.

5. Butch Walker plays the 40 Watt Club Saturday.

6. Echo starts live music this weekend.
