Come to the CinéLab this evening at 8:30 p.m. to experience the next installment of the multi-media arts event that is “6X6.” Curator Lauren Fancher says:
“Set your metronomes: part 1 of the non-awaited and rapidly created “6X6″ movie production ‘Mazurka,’ will be shown this week in the CinéLab. The story of two siblings, their quests for love and serenity, and the best song ever, this production features a cast of Athens characters near and dear to us all, including Darin Beasley, Jim Willingham, Christina Cotter, Mike Landers, and many more musicians and music lovers. Your video responses to the ‘Mazurka’ call will also be featured along with the usual ridiculousness. As always, fast, fun and free. Please note that we will be starting later than usual, allowing you more time to practice.”
