The Monkees member celebrates his newest solo project release called Dolenz Sings R.E.M. Mayor Kelly Girtz will present Dolenz with a Key to the City, and a ’60s rock supergroup of Jason NeSmith, Michael Guthrie and friends will perform a Monkees tribute set.
