U.S. Rep. Paul Broun (R-Athens) indicated at a forum for Republican Senate candidates in Gilmer County on Saturday that he’d support impeaching President Barack Obama.
According to The Daily Caller, which obtained video of the forum, a woman asked: “Clinton was impeached for perjury. Obama has perjured himself on multiple occasions. Would you support impeachment if presented for a vote?”
Broun, one of the frontrunners in the race, and two fringe candidates, Eugene Yu and Derrick Grayson, raised their hands. The two other candidates present, Karen Handel and Art Gardner, did not.
