Rep. Paul Broun has announced a press conference at 4 p.m. tomorrow at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Atlanta “in regards to a potential run for Senate in 2014.”
If he wasn’t running, he’d put out a statement, not hold a press conference. Therefore, he’s running.
