Early Voting in Athens Expands to More Sites Starting on Saturday

Four new advance voting sites will open in Athens on Saturday for the last week of early voting. Locations and times are:

Lyndon House Arts Center (211 Hoyt St.): 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 26; 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28 through Thursday, Oct. 31; 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Nov. 1.

Miriam Moore Community Center (410 McKinley Drive): 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Oct. 26; 7 a.m.–7 p.m. Oct. 28–31; 7 a.m.–5 p.m. Nov. 1.

Athens Regional Library (2025 Baxter St.): 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Oct. 26; 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Oct. 28 and 29; 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Oct. 30; 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Oct. 31 and Nov. 1.

ACC Extension Office (275 Cleveland Road, Bogart): 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Oct. 26; 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Oct. 28 and 29; 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Oct. 30; 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Oct. 31 and Nov. 1.

ACC Tennis Center (4460 Lexington Road): 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Oct. 26; 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Oct. 28 and 29; 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Oct. 30; 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Oct. 31 and Nov. 1.

In addition, the Lyndon House will be open for early voting Sunday, Oct. 27 from noon to 3 p.m., and early voting will be held at the Tate Student Center (45 Baxter St.) from 7 a.m.–7 p.m. on Oct. 28, 29 and 30.

Anyone who is registered to vote in Clarke County can vote at any of those locations. Photo ID is required.

The last day for early voting is Friday, Nov. 1. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 5.
