Michael Shannon and Jason Narducy covered R.E.M.’s album <em>Murmur</em> at the 40 Watt Club on Thursday, Feb. 8. All four members of R.E.M.—Michael Stipe, Peter Buck, Mike Mills and Bill Berry—were in attendance and joined the band on stage at one point in the evening.

Caughy (Atlanta) played at Flicker Theatre & Bar that night.

Celestogramme (NC/GA), Infinite Favors and the Athens Middle East Orchestra played at Nowhere Bar on Friday, Feb. 9.

Shadebeast presented a show with Long Cold Stare (Birmingham) and Temptress that night at Flicker.

Flying V, Lt. Mercury Entwhistle Esquire 3rd, Ethan Harrison Smith (Cleveland, GA) and Rick & The Morty’s played at Buvez that night.

Over at Hendershot’s, Pylon Reenactment Society celebrated the release of its debut album with Organically Programmed Orchestra.

Nu11, Small Talk (Savannah) and All Gods played at The World Famous on Sunday, Feb. 11.

Sygnal to Noise (ME), Heathen Sun (NC) and Smile Empty Soul (CA) played at the 40 Watt on Monday, Feb. 12.
