Welcome to 2023! Before we dig into the New Year, let’s look back on some Townie Christmas memories. On Thursday, Dec. 22 at Normal Bar, Sailors & Ships, the solo project of Jeremy Wheatley, was backed by Matt Stoessel, Avery Draut and Zack Milster. Tyler Key opened alongside Garrett and Rob Hibbs of the Hibbs Family Band.
That same night over at Hendershot’s, the Stardust Holiday Lounge presented a program of wintertime classics. The O’Jamminbaum Quartet—Bart King on vocals and piano, Jeremy Raj on guistar, Chris Enghauser on bass and Louis Romanos on drums—served as the backing band for guest musicians including Claire Campbell, Timi Conley, Lisa Cesnik Ferguson, David Ferguson, Kate Morrissey, Mary Sigalas, and Wilma.
