10. Kendrick Lamar: Untitled Unmastered
Because only K-Dot could turn what’s ostensibly a B-sides and rarities comp into one of the year’s essential releases. Untitled Unmastered showcased a looser, more playful Lamar than last year’s sprawling statement-piece To Pimp a Butterfly, but it was no less thrilling.
