Here Are the 2014 Athens Business Rocks Winners

The annual Athens Business Rocks fundraiser and competition, which raises money for Nuci’s Space while featuring local cover bands comprised of members of various local businesses, took place last weekend at the 40 Watt Club.

Earning first place and the enviable title of 2014 Athens Business Rocks Champion was Punch List, the musical arm of local audio-visual firm TSAV. (Those who have been paying attention won’t be surprised by the band’s strong showing; it’s been a finalist for the past three years.)

Coming in second was the 40 Watt’s own band, 40 Cent, and rounding out the top three was Last Resort Grill’s impeccably named Pajaamy Party. To see the full list of bands and where they placed, as well as the winners of the Crowd and Judges’ Favorites from each night, visit the ABR site.
