The sixth annual Athens Americana Music Fest will occur from Apr. 25-28, and has been officially renamed the Twilight Americana Music Festival, since it will occur in conjunction with Twilight Criterium, the annual bike race that draws thousands to downtown Athens each spring.
The lineup of performers is yet to be announced, but tickets will go on sale this Friday, Feb. 15. A wristband will provide access to shows at Little Kings Shuffle Club, The World Famous, Green Room, Hendershot’s Coffee Bar and the Melting Point’s closing party. Shows at the Twilight Americana Outdoor Stage will be free for all, regardless of wristband.
