Gucci Mane to Play Athens on Halloween

Hold up. It’s been announced that the Trap God himself, Gucci Mane, will appear next Wednesday (that’s Halloween, y’all, in case you didn’t know) at downtown nightclub Manor for something they’re calling “Nightmare on 1017 Street.” (Nice.)

Hot 107 personality Durtty Boy will host. It remains to be seen whether Gucci will actually deliver a full-blown concert or whether, as I suspect, his appearance will be limited to several brief bursts of hype-man-style shoutouts interspersed with a lot of time spent getting wasted on stage.

Either way, it’s $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Costumes are encouraged.
