Country Music Apocalypse likely this Friday

How you gonna pull this one off, Earth?

Ray Wylie Hubbard, Willie Nelson and Bill Mallonee are all scheduled to perform this Friday evening. If we’re not careful, the combined country grit and achy, desert-skylit emotional resonance of the three simultaneous shows may rip a hole in the country-space-time continuum, rendering first Athens, and then the Universe, a gaping black void from which not even the smallest particle can escape.

But maybe this won’t happen! Maybe all three concerts will go off without a hitch, and maybe we’ll all be fine.

Maybe.
