Stream the New Dirty Projectors Album!

Swing Lo Magellan, the new album from NYC mad genius David Longstreth and his group Dirty Projectors (cover art below), is streaming over at the New York Times website. Yes, you read that correctly, and yes, it’s a very curious thing, indeed.

As, I might add, is the album—Swing Lo Magellan is chock full of the same skittering rhythms and crazy/beautiful melody we’ve come to expect from the Projectors, who look to continue their run as one of the most interesting and weirdly polarizing acts around.

The NYTimes also has a pretty good Q&A up wherein Longstreth talks about Lil Wayne, so go read that, too. Music! Words! Enjoy!
