The first annual Bruisefest is officially “A Celebration of Skronk and The Chaotic Beyond.” Including many of the heavy hitters of the local punk and thrash scene, Bruisefest is poised to be a chaotic night. Somehow squeezing six bands on two stages in the 40 Watt, Bruisefest features bands like Ladrones, a garage punk outfit with members hailing from Puerto Rico by way of Atlanta. Also playing will be local bands Monsoon, Pervert, Nihilist Cheerleader and Weaponized Flesh, as well as Atlanta’s No Head.
