Demetri Martin is an actor, writer and comedian from New York. As an actor, Martin has taken roles as diverse as a character in a music video for the band Fountains of Wayne, to a voice acting role as a bear in the Cartoon Network animated series We Bare Bears. He has also written for Jimmy Kimmel, David Letterman, Carson Daly and Conan O’Brien. He is best known, however, for his particular brand of deadpan one-liner comedy, a style reminiscent of late comedian Mitch Hedberg, and his use of guitar as a prop and mechanism for joke delivery. Martin will be playing two shows on the same night at the Georgia Theatre.
