Known locally and well beyond Athens as one of the most dedicated and proficient Beatles tribute acts, Abbey Road Live! has plied its particular trade for 15 years and shows no signs of slowing down. The group will play two shows at The Foundry this weekend; one, on Friday evening, is the band’s standard set of richly orchestrated, latter-period material, while the other, on Saturday afternoon, is a kid-friendly concert featuring bright, bouncy sing-alongs like “Yellow Submarine” and “Octopus’ Garden.” (So, y’know, the Ringo stuff.) Discounted tickets to Saturday’s show are available for kids and young teens.
