After a brief period as a near food-desert, the new Epps Bridge shopping wonderland has been adding eating options aplenty. Just to the left of Groove Burgers, Wok’s Up will open in August and is currently hiring for all positions.
A fast-casual eatery from a company that owns some Asian fast-food restaurants elsewhere in Georgia, Wok’s Up isn’t a chain yet, but it might be in the future. Its owners describe it as offering “build your own stir-fry,” which is “prepared fresh to order in an open concept kitchen so customers can be a part of the cooking experience.”
Customers stressed out by decisions can pick from a menu of signature dishes, “developed and perfected from three generations of family recipes.” Those who want customization can pick meats and/or veggies, plus a sauce. There will be vegetarian and gluten-free options.
