As of 6 a.m. this morning, Stripling’s General Store (motto: “You never sausage a place”) is open at the intersection of highways 53 and 78, retailing reportedly delicious meat products and snacks. Browse its offerings here.
Also opening today is the new location of LongHorn Steakhouse, moved from Beechwood Shopping Center to the spot of the old farmers’ market, at 2170 W. Broad.
And, later this week, cross your fingers, Broad Street Coffee House, in what was most recently The Dogg Pound at Broad and Hancock, will open.
