When state Rep. Scott Holcomb (D-Decatur) speaks to the UGA Young Democrats tonight, it won’t the first time he’s set foot on campus. Far from it.
Holcomb, first elected in 2010, is actually a UGA student. He’s scheduled to graduate this year with an MBA.
He’s also a financial lawyer who served three tours as an Army JAG in Iraq.
Holcomb and newly-elected state Rep. Spencer Frye (D-Athens) are speaking at 6:15 p.m. in Room 275 of the Miller Learning Center.
