(Balcony Theatre) Julian Boal, co-founder and pedagogical coordinator at the Escola de Teatro Popular in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, will give a lecture exploring how Theatre of the Oppressed was created to fight against dictatorships and centralized political parties, and how it can rise up in the face of fascism.
