    The Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department seeks input through a community needs assessment as part of a 10-year plan for the department's future. Give feedback on parks, programs and facilities. Each household that completes a survey will receive two one-day passes to an aquatics facility or two one-day passes to Sandy Creek Park.
