In this beginner’s course, participants will cover all the basics needed to start a garden, no matter what space is available. Topics will include site selection and analysis, soil preparation, plant selection and basic design concepts. On-going maintenance and plant care to help will also be discussed. Classes will be taught outside, over two days, at a historic Watkinsville farmhouse by an industry professional with over a decade of experience. Maximum of 6 participants.
