Athens-based photographer and art educator Clay Jordan, who is also a founding member of the band pacificUV, will offer an artist talk and book signing for Nothing’s Coming Soon. Set to be officially released by Atlanta’s Fall Line Press in February, his first monograph captures meanderings through the Deep South, documenting the unusual faces and places that catch his eye. The event doubles as an opportunity to check out The Humid, which opened in suite 700 of the historic Leathers Building in October. Co-founded by married photographers Irina Rozovsky and Mark Steinmetz, the space plans to host photography-focused workshops, lectures and events.
