On Friday, Sept. 21, 7 p.m., at the Lyndon House Arts Center, New Belgium Brewing will hold “Clips of Faith,” its traveling outdoor film festival/beer tasting that will serve locally as a fundraiser for BikeAthens. The movies are free, but you will be charged for beer and any food sold onsite. The films focus on New Belgium’s offerings and were created by fans of its brews. All proceeds go to BikeAthens. Coming up at the end of the month is the seventh annual Field of Greens, held in Walnut Grove, GA, between Monroe and Conyers. A celebration of all things farm-to-table, it attracts many Atlanta chefs, but Whitney Otawka from Farm 255 will be on duty as well. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door, and not required for kids 12 and under, most of whom will turn up their noses at vegetables and gourmet food anyway. You cannot bring your dog.
