Festifool

The gallery’s annual spring festival features an artist market, art cars, live music, raku demonstrations, food and new artwork inside of the gallery. On Saturday from 4–6 p.m., the member-owned and operated gallery will host an opening reception for its two newest sculptors, Joni Younkins-Herzog and Rick Herzog. On view through Apr. 29, their exhibition “Cross Pollination” exemplifies how they’ve shared ideas and influences over the last 20 years. Though taking independent approaches to their work, they are both heavily inspired by the natural world. Many of their installations and outdoor public artworks appear as botanical yet manmade forms, touching on the balance between natural and artificial environments.
