Welcome To Buckhead

This "schizophrenic power-rock" band formed in January of this year. These guys have a definitive love for '90s alternative and classic rock alike. So if you like your rock served up free of fringe or pretense, this might be your band. As Threats & Promises reported last week, Welcome to Buckhead has just finished recording its very first demo at the Downtown Athens Recording Company. Here's the fun part - you can help! If you head to the band's MySpace page, they are asking the fans to help name their new tracks. No word yet on if the band itself is named after the snooty Atlanta suburb or the rural "real" Buckhead where the Day Festival recently took place.
