Eco-Adventure

Applications being accepted for the 8th Annual Eco-Adventure. Twenty-five co-ed teams of four race to complete an eight-mile course designed to test endurance, agility, strength and ecological knowledge. Race begins at Sandy Creek Nature Center, continues through the North Oconee River Greenway, Cook's Greenway Trail, Lake Chapman and ends at Sandy Creek Park. Two divisions: teen (ages 13-17) and adult (ages 18 & up). Open to public, space limited. Application deadline is Apr. 9. Race on Apr. 18 at 10 a.m.
